Ter Lyn Lawn Chair Patterns and 6mm Bonnie Braid Cord

Posted by Ken Murray on Feb 24th 2020

Instructions were extremely helpful and detailed. Very satisfied with the results. My chairs were originally Sling rocker frames which were about 30% longer on the back and did require an additional 50 yards of cord for the weft (horizontal weave) but 100 yards was sufficient for the warp (vertical).

The instructions provide specific details for each plan which are not readily available on any other internet source. Most all videos that describe the processes are incomplete or just wrong.

    Ter-Lyn Patterns

Posted by Deborah A Carvalho on Aug 17th 2019

I made my first Ter-Lyn chair 22 years ago and it finally broke this year! NOT the patterned part, but the handle of the chair! So I looked long and hard and finally found these patterns. Easy to follow, and makes an extremely durable and comfortable chair!

Patterns were great. Some have more patterns then strands, but I was able to adjust.
